Agreements for partnerships?

Hi all,

We are new photo booth owners ( and have been lurking here for a while. You guys are great! I had a quick question regarding partnerships with event coordinators/photographers/dj's etc.

Do you have some form of an agreement that you send out to outline referral payments and terms or is it usually just a verbal agreement between you and the potential referral partner? If there is generally a written agreement, does anyone have an example?

Really appreciate any help!
