Roving photographer's flash sets off our lights

kelsey
Hi, we recently ran into a problem at an event where a roving photographer's flash was setting off our lights and making for all kinds of problems during photo booth shots (people thinking their shot was done and mostly, photos coming out black because of no flash on our end). I vaguely recall reading about this happening when I was shopping for lights, but am unsure what to do to fix it. Is there a way to bypass the wireless triggers and connect the lights directly to the camera? I'm sure there is but unsure how to do it, do I need additional wires, where do they plug into, etc? Thanks.
